3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
When registering with vc111, you must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number, and any other required information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported promptly to [email protected].
3.3 Account Closure
vc111 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Any clause of these Terms is violated.
- Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or operation of multiple accounts is proven.
- Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity arises.
- You yourself submit a request to close the account.
4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The payment methods currently accepted for deposits at vc111 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Deposited funds must come only from your own mobile banking account. Transactions through third parties are not accepted and may subject the account to investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
Identity and payment method verification may be required before a withdrawal. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). vc111 does not accept transactions in any foreign currency.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
vc111 offers new members a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit.
- Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
- Example 2: ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus, you must complete betting of 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only — not on the deposit.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
Each bonus has its own applicable terms. Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or placing bets through automated methods will result in the bonus being cancelled. vc111 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
6. VIP Program
vc111's VIP program has four levels in total. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
You can advance to higher levels through regular and active participation. Each level has specific criteria set by the platform.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
vc111 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating games through bots, automated software, or any form of manipulation.
- Claiming bonuses or rewards using multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other members to place bets or fix game outcomes.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
If any of the above violations are proven, the relevant account and all balances will be immediately forfeited.
